How do I add to an order I just placed?

The easiest and safest way to add to an order is to simply place another order for the items you want.

When will I receive my order?

Your order usually will ship within 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise stated. (It may take
a little bit longer the closer it is to Christmas).


Do you store my credit card information?

No. We actually never see your card number. All of the credit card processing is done on secure servers at Authorize.net or PayPal.


Can you make custom products?

Yes, we can make custom products and changes to our existing products. A fee may apply depending on the complexity of the change.


Do you make your own products or are they made in another country?

All of our products are made by artists and artisans here in the U.S. using American made materials whenever possible.


How do I return something I don't want, is damaged or wrong?
